This dhal recipe made with yellow split peas is not only easy, but also inexpensive since dried pulses tend to be quite economical. Dhal dishes are wonderfully aromatic and full of warm flavours that any non-veggie will appreciate and enjoy. This yellow split pea dhal is a great vegan dish that can be made in advance.
