Tips please guys, I've been struggling. Almonds, bananas and avocado all make me itch. Even the slightest amount causes me tongue, throat, ears and nose just ITCH endlessly. I don't stop breathing, and it doesn't hurt, but it certainly makes it VERY uncomfortable to finish whatever I've mad. Interestingly, cooked banana doesn't give me the same problem. I've been trying to eat healthier, but when the top favorite health foods are off the list, I haven't been able to find those substitutes.
