Welcome to the new series: Vegan For Beginners! These videos will include recipes and information that is aimed at people who are new vegans or what to start eating more plant-based. That being said, anyone can get something out of this! The recipes are my normal style of simple, easy, and quick to make so they are perfect for everyone to have in their back pocket! Enjoy.

Dinner 1:
1/2 cup quinoa + 1 cup water
2 veggie burger patties
1 tbsp oil
1/3 orange bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
bbq sauce
spinach
crispy wonton pieces (optional)

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Heat a frying pan on medium heat for 30 seconds, then add oil and let heat another 30 seconds. Add veggie burger patties and cook according to package directions (usually around 5 minutes per side). When you flip them to the other side, add the veggies into the pan and chop up the patties into bite-size pieces. Add some bbq sauce and cook another couple minutes to add some extra flavour. Assemble the bowl, adding everything in (or as much as you want to eat) plus some fresh spinach and crispy wonton pieces if you have them. Enjoy!!

Dinner 2:
100 g dry rice noodles
3 oz. tofu, pressed and cubed
1 tbsp oil
1/3 orange bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup chopped green onion
spinach
sweet Thai chilli sauce

Cook rice noodles according to package directions. In a frying pan on medium heat, heat oil for 30 seconds, then add tofu cubes and cook, flipping occasionally until golden brown add over. Add green onion and bell pepper and cook another minute or two. Reduce the heat to low and add enough chilli sauce to coat the tofu and veggies. Cook for just another minute, then serve over noodles and spinach. Enjoy!

Good info, but didn't care for the music. Too intrusive.

Her “instructions” don’t start until about 1:20m. And her “recipe” is heating up a pre-made patty and serving with quinoa. How does this have so many likes? What a useless video.
