Why would you get this delivered whilst you were out? Also these are fresh as in you get the box delivered, but they do not say every dish is low calorie, its why you pick the dishes and you aren't going to get everything to suit all of your families needs. Also they measure out the ingredients so you dont use too much of each ingredient such as Cheese, oil etc.
