Forks over knives is what turned my way of really wanting to become vegeterian… In my dream world vegan (baby steps) one day! I'll definitely check out the other 2 you mentioned.
Forks over Knives also has a great set of recipe books which are tasty and really easy to make.
Great video-thank you for making it! 😊 I haven't seen 'Food Matters' yet, but will have to check it out. 'Oh She Glows' is amazing-I can't wait until her next cookbook! 'Minimalist Baker' is my other favorite blog-I've made a ton of their recipes and I've never been disappointed. 'Plant Pure Nation' and 'Vegucated' are both great docs and available on Netflix. I'm like you-I'm already vegan and know about the cruelty, so I'd rather not watch, but for someone that wants to educate themselves on the subject-I've heard 'Earthlings' is really informative.
I watched those documentaries they're good. Conspiracy is good too. Yay to Netflix 🙂

bitesized vegan is pretty awesome. She's funny, smart and has excellent videos for kids. Happy Healthy Vegan are laid back and informative too. We loved forks over knives too
Cowspiracy is brilliant, that's the documentary that turned my husband vegan. We watched Unity for the first time a few weekends ago with our 11 year. It was really good, a real ego check. The start is hard to watch (no slaughter, just the cows reaction was upsetting) and I did cry a few times (I do cry easily mind!) but I would watch it again and our 11 year old came away extremely motivated from it to continue not only being vegan but to actively 'educate her peers about veganism and accepted animal abuse (farming, testing etc). 3. HIS DEAL IS THAT THE VEGAN "COMMUNITY" IS RATHER IMMATURE, ALTHOUGH MAKING A LOT OF PROGRESS, IT'S NOT FOCUSING ON THE BIG PICTURE. HE'S NO GENIUS. HE'S JUST SORT OF SHARING HIS PERSPECTIVE.
4. MY CHANNEL IS WAY TOO SOPHISTICATED FOR MOST "VEGANS" SO I DON'T BOTHER PROMOTING IT, THE BASIC CONCEPT BEING THAT THE VEGAN DIET IS MERELY ONE PART OF THE LIBERTARIAN LIFESTYLE OR PHILOSOPHY.
