I went from fast food mukbangs to this
Okay but.. relatable! 💀
upgraded
Wow me I went from fish fillets to celery root fillets
So you’ve upgraded
lmao our brains need a detox from watching all the junk food
Hi friends! Hope you enjoy the video 🙂 I talk a bit fast in this one (was trying to squeeze a lot of tips in haha), so if you’re having trouble understanding you can change the playback speed in the lower right corner of your screen. I’ll try to slow down for future videos!
Youre not talking fast at all
An important question for you Caitlin: why do hardly use oil? Not every fat is bad! Vegetable oil is very good for your body. Oils like canola oil or hemp oil contain polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 3 & omega 6). These can’t be produced by our bodies so we have to take them in with our food.
I agree.
https://youtu.be/fCUi8doYdNY I think this food is better than yours
……. I watched this on 2x speed and then scrolled down to see that you were apologizing for talking too slow. Oops.
Regardless, THANK YOU for these. I recently went fully vegan and finding fast and easy foods for lunch when I get home and am tired has been a struggle (I usually defaulted to Tamago kake gohan (literally just an egg cracked into rice), or a quick sandwich). These are exactly the kind of recipes I was seeking and I’m really excited to try them all!
Going vegan is very hard because my family are big meat eaters, but I try my best and hopefully will become a full vegan 💕
I feel you pain. But we can’t save everyone, so focus on yourself. We all want to live longer and healthy. 100
Totally in the same situation but I’m trying to avoid meat.
I thought so too but my family doesn’t care just means more meat for them lol
Same
Vlog Came up as a recommendation. – read your comment – 1 year late update 😀 much 💕💕💕
I’m watching this at 2 am acting like I’m gonna be healthy when I wake up
👍
Wow. It’s actually 2 am right now >_> wth
Lol😂
LMFAO!!!
😂
2:09 when she didn’t pour all the rice out of the bowl🥴😐😩
I was thinking to myself: can I eat the left over plz?
@Faith Hansen you only rinse white rice not brown rice
She did it with a few things!😖
And so is the purple cabbage, i hate it when people do that.
Why are some people saying only Asians would be annoyed by this? I’m not Asian and it was one of the most annoying things ever.
No one:
Background music: oh my god
1:20 burrito bowl
4:32 veggie pasta
6:36 asian bowl
9:53 avocodo toast
13:04 giant salad
(Edit) Yo thanks for the likes guys
@Joshua Joesten lol

Avocado toast
Anybody else watch vegan meal ideas even though they aren’t vegan
@Jordan in some cases, yeah
I’m not vegan but I’m considering it , watched a documentary today and I don’t know what to eat except veggies
I’ve taught an Intro to Veganism class every month for over ten years. The most common thing someone says when they go vegan is, “I wish I went vegan sooner.” The 2nd thing they say is, “I’m surprised it was so easy.” #LiveVegan
Almost vegan. 80% fruit and veggies.
@Reyanna Wynters because it is
Did it drive anyone else nuts that she didn’t empty all the rice into the pot and left a tiny bit in the bowl 😐
duaneology® Haha, no! That’s not what I meant! Her food looks great. It’s just that something’s like the rice left in the bowl or the fact she didn’t stir all the ingredients in with the beans just made me feel weird. I actually can’t wait to try these recipes! Oh god I’m sorry lil
@This is a YouTube account. Oh, ha ha…sorry, I misunderstood 😃
Not nuts but I did notice it. How funny it became a thing with others. She’s good though.
No, but that sounds unsatisfactory
i didnt even notice
There’s a lot of junk on YouTube, but honestly I would pay for videos like this. This is quality content.
By junk on YouTube you’d better not mean clickbaity tween centred “I SPEND 24 HOURS IN MY HOUSE??????? (Almost died) *IPHONE GIVEAWAY* [COPS CALLED??!] because I can’t think of anything more educational and thought provoking than those ;]

I love that you came from a spirit of gratitude. It’s a blessing to have food let alone a choice about what we eat! Well done!❤
Now that you live with your boyfriend I hope he cooks for you too. 🙂
In my last year of vet nursing and really lost my way as a vegan. I’ve been so guilty and pushing it under the rug. I started back at the gym again today and your recipes have made me e joy cooking again. Thank you so much 🙂

“I cut very evenly because I have a lot of knife experience” – Hey guys. You can cut however you want! But if the onions are making you cry, leave the root of the onion intact while you cut it so it doesn’t release as many gasses. Hope that helps!
1:22 burrito bowl
4:31 veggie pasta
6:40 asian bowl
9:54 avocado toast
13:04 giant salad
“I’m kinda lazy”
…Proceeds to make a 20 ingredient recipe
As of s brown 😅👛😇
In what minute she says that?
@Billi Hawk it was during her avocado toast recipe when she introduced the Sriracha tofu
Japanese Curry with glass noodles cooked in half fat coconut milk, then combined with sautéd onions, garlic, and peppers,
Edit:
Italian growing up with a love for Asian culture and a hint of French teaching
I got really high and decided I’m going to be vegan starting tomorrow…
This is an quality content thanks

It’s like 3 am…and I’m now thinking I can become the next Indian version of Gordon Ramsay. *Also, I’m hungry. *
