im vegan too and if you need help use cronometer .com anyways what i eat is this flax cereal with almond milk and blueberrys and strawberries, for dinner i eat a beyond burger with tomatoes and either sourdough or bagel around it to make it a burger, I EAT 2 OF THESE BURGERS EVERY DAY )i also eat peanut butter and jam sandwiches with sourdough i also eat random bowls of fruit like blueberries and strawberries ! make sure to try cronometer if u need help also my ig is barbrother_j

I always eat random bowls like that tempeh one. I usually put the spinach underneath so it wilts but doesn’t get dry.
