JELLY DONUTS RECIPE
3 cups of white flour
1 packet of yeast (8.75g
)3/4 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1 flax egg (1 1/2 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
1/3 cup brown, coconut or granulated sugar
1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups of vegetable oil for frying
1 cup strawberry jelly
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Hello i just tried these donuts they were really good but some of my donuts were doughy on the inside and they they looked a lot darker then yours. do you think my oil was to hot?
