Guys, why did you put the spices in the breadcrumbs? Why didnt you put them in the chickpeas dredge? If you think about it, using big panko breadcrumbs, the fine spices would just get deposited at the bottom. If you REALLY want the kick from the spices, put it in the chickpeas mixture. Im not a vegan but the end product looks pretty damn good.
