With the amount of ginger you put in this is not egg fried rice at all. This is ginger fried rice. With that much ginger you need a lot more seasoning to balance the flavour. Where's the salt and where's the sugar?

I thought it's a common sense to fry the bacon until it gets crispy. Anyway, the fried rice shown in this video is definitely much better than the "original" one. LOL!

oy vey…sesame oil smokes and burns at a much lower temperature, pretty sure if you use Asian levels of heat to stir fry you will end up with a kitchen full of smoke.. and what an odd combination of seasonings
