Would you suggest this for vegan weightloss or just as a basic vegan meal prep? I'm wanting to lose weight. So wondering if i should substitute some of these for something else to maximize my weightloss journey and lifetime vegan lifestyle.

Tofu is not plant based. Great looking dishes though.
Wouldn't it be better to make these meals as you go? Once you prep everything how are you heating it up? Microwave??

If u want to loose weight avoid oil. Oil turns to fat when mixed with starch. "Plant-based" means nothing processed. Plant-based vegan? Redundant. Good plan though for vegans. Im just hunting down a good meal prep plan. Thx for sharing.
What a boring week of food
It would be nice if you could change the style of video making I instead of moving camera along while you cook you could put the camera down and cooking, and you could prepare your ingredients before It nice you can do malti tasking but it might be nice and pressure to watch in the different styles, For me I like Pickuplimes kinda stlye.
Does anyone know the macros of each meal and the daily calories count?
How much calories per day and protein?
