Rainbow Plant Life says:

Hi friends, I hope you’re having a good 2020 so far! Today I’m showing you my ideal way to meal prep: it’s easy, efficient, affordable, and adds a lot of variety to your diet. What kind of videos would you like to see next?

Inevitable Difference says:

You're one of the best vegan food yt channels I've come across. I love your recipes

Ashwini Sharma says:

Now I'm feeling strong because I got 3kg of lean muscle in 1 month. I only visited website called Agoge Diet and they provided me with diet plan, training plan with amazing tips. Believe me!!! #*Agoge Diet*

Katherine Petersorf says:

I use rice often, so I ended up buying a rice cooker, that way I could set and forget my rice and. Insta pot for about the same amount of time.

Rebecca Jordan says:

So im not vegan or veggie, but looking to try and get some meat free meals to try and cut down on my meat consumption, ive watched a few of your videos and (deffo trying the red lentil curry and stroganoff recipes) but i have to say theres so much variety in the ingredients and i love the fact your showing different ways to use the same meal prep for different things! Quite often i will buy something specifically for a meal and then struggle to think of something i could use the rest of the ingredient for! Thankyou for your content 😊

Nora Cassar says:

Where do I find the PDF?

Denise Lehzen says:

I need everything

PeaceChanel says:

Peace… Salam… Shalom… Namaste and Thank You so much for All that you are doing to Heal our Mother Earth 🙏🏻 😊 🌈 ✌ 🌷 ❤

Shambhala says:

Great video…everything looks so good and satisfying 😌

Suzette Marian says:

I’m making this wild rice bowl! Thank you! I love your channel!

G Cooper says:

I'm so pleased I'm not the only person who cuts a butternut squash like that. I've them, but hate cooking them

Annie Badyal says:

Best video on YouTube!!!! Thank you so much!

Kiranjot Kaur says:

As a busy uni student this is actually perfect. Love it.

Our family’s favorite saying is more garlic. Love wild rice!

Good job.

Rachel Boone says:

Your voice is so soothing.

Charity Whitson says:

Hi, can you please tell me which model food processor you have. Thank you. Love the videos!

Lisa Morrissey says:

Hi there! Lisa here. I'm fairly new to eating vegan. Trying to gather some different recipes to add to my repertoire. Although I've stuffed many foods into all kinds of vegetables, I haven't thought of doing that with butternut squash. Now you have become a genius in my eyes! Lol. You have a ton of fabulous ideas, tricks and tips and I appreciate you passing them along. Thanks again.

Amy M says:

Just found you!! Love she doesn't BS in her videos! So excited to learn from you!

sunnytauruss says:

I have, for the first time, massaged my Kale in lemon juice!! OMG! Thank you! I now have a better relationship with my Kale! 😀

Nanda Almond says:

So, maybe a silly question. But, do you reheat the meals when you have put them together?

Patricia Barbero says:

Thank you Nisha for another fabulous video!
I have a question though: you cook the soaked cannellini beans in the IP for 5 minutes? The IP website recommends 20 – 25 minutes for soaked beans… that is a big difference!
I add cumin, bay leaves, onion and garlic to my soaked beans (no salt) to aid with digestion and it works well for us. Thanks again!

Jenn Cris says:

I always look forward to your videos. Thank you for sharing!
