I use rice often, so I ended up buying a rice cooker, that way I could set and forget my rice and. Insta pot for about the same amount of time.
So im not vegan or veggie, but looking to try and get some meat free meals to try and cut down on my meat consumption, ive watched a few of your videos and (deffo trying the red lentil curry and stroganoff recipes) but i have to say theres so much variety in the ingredients and i love the fact your showing different ways to use the same meal prep for different things! Quite often i will buy something specifically for a meal and then struggle to think of something i could use the rest of the ingredient for! Thankyou for your content 😊

Although I've stuffed many foods into all kinds of vegetables, I haven't thought of doing that with butternut squash. Now you have become a genius in my eyes! Lol. I have a question though: you cook the soaked cannellini beans in the IP for 5 minutes? The IP website recommends 20 – 25 minutes for soaked beans… that is a big difference!
I add cumin, bay leaves, onion and garlic to my soaked beans (no salt) to aid with digestion and it works well for us. Thanks again!
