Ayn Rand? Really?

Esther flores says:

Are the Recipes in Isa Does it cookbook affordable/accessible to those on a college student budget?

Citizen says:

Hard to concentrate on the content with that Ayn Rand book in the background. Objectivism is trash. Otherwise, great video!

do you know of any soy-free vegan cookbooks?

Alegia Du Brutz says:

Vanessa I think I found the first recipe. that I want to try in the Betty Goes Vegan cookbook and it is the Vegan Whole Wheat Banana and Chocolate Chip Pancakes on page 40

Alegia Du Brutz says:

Okay Vanessa update on the Betty Goes Vegan cookbook. This cookbook was printed in February of 2013 and it's basically Betty Crocker comfort food made vegan! They did add recipes that are unique to this cookbook Like Peanut butter eggs for example. My friend actually makes the Betty Crocker Vegan New York Cheesecake every Thanksgiving and my other friend says it's really good and I found out that I am able to make it because I checked my grocery store for the ingredients so I would definitely recommend this cookbook to you. On a further note I was able to obtain a used copy to save money so that's something I do sometimes when I shop for cookbooks.

Alegia Du Brutz says:

Vanessa what are your thoughts on the Betty Crocker Goes Vegan cookbook? I just ordered it today on Amazon. My high school classmate has it so I thought I'd give it a try.

Thank you. I'm about to move to another town so that I can help my grandmother. She has leukemia (CLL) and I have Epilepsy. Her white blood cell count isn't high enough that she has to be on chemo yet but due to the way her immune system works, she has had the same upper respiratory infection that won't seem to go away and it's been over a month and a half! Since the infection began though, her white count has been gradually going up which is very bad. She has diabetes as well so I have convinced her that we should become vegan together after I move there and see if this helps us. I had a previous tenant tell me that her daughter stopped having seizures after getting her blood tested for metals by a natural doctor. After changing her diet along with not eating meat, her seizures stopped. Everyone is different when it comes to epilepsy. Hopefully this helps though! Sorry for the long message. This is just the first "vegan starter" video that really gained my interest the most. Thanks again and I'll definitely be buying these books for us.

I got "Isa Does It" cookbook today and I love it! It's huge! So many great sounding (and looking!) recipes.

Zoy Heredia says:

Thank you so much for your answer. How many does it cost? Did you buy it from amazon or local bookstore? 🙂

Zoy Heredia says:

I want to buy the isa does it cookbook but the only cheaper way to make it possible is just by kindle version. What do you think about it? Does it really worth the extra money on hardcover or not? Ive heard a lot of good reviews from it, and I really want to enjoy it at least from the ipad's screen

Vegan Bananas says:
