If you prep these and eat them during the week, wouldn’t it harden in the fridge? How do you warm it up without ruining the texture?
I add turmeric powder, ginger powder, salt, pepper and coconut oil or ghee while cooking the steel cut oats.. And then top off the cooked oatmeal with soaked raisins, almonds and walnuts.. eat it everyday..

Is it still considered more healthy than sugary cereals like Coco Pops even when you put the peanut butter, maple syrup or chocolate in????
a simple oatmeal with 2,5dl water, 1dl oats and a pinch of salt is only 110 calories (with no topping)
I hate oatmeal but now im gonna like it because its so healthy
I'm wondering.. How is it healthy when you put alot of sugars in that 🤔… U know the maple syrup…
