When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritional intake. While they might generate quick weight loss, these kinds of diets are never a long-term solution for your waistline. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on google since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

Oats, coconut oil, bananas, nut butters are all super high calorie. This is for gaining weight (bulking). Instead do the oats, pb2 (peanut butter powder), and berries.

Very inspiring. I have been stuck with quarantine and gained even more weights. Eating healthy and counting calories is a must.
