Watch what you consume guys, just because it's a vegan alternative doesn't mean it's healthy. Never heard of Ackee so really excited to try that!!

I mean wish I had alot of time to make this. Looks like it takes a while just for breakfast. Only people who barely work or work at home can take the time to cook a breakfast like this. My breakfast is just a quick banana, or apple, with coffee and I'm on the go.
