3 Ingredient, Easy Vegan Chocolate Bars

This video features three easy vegan chocolate bars that can be used as bakers chocolate, and are great on their own. A decadent white chocolate, creamy “milk” cocoa blend, and a rich dark yields about 16 small bars each, and will save you money and time spent searching for a chocolate fix that actually tastes good .

Yields: 16 small bars per recipe
Prep time:5 minutes
Set time: 5-6 hours

White chocolate
Ingredients
¼ cup (32 g) cashew cream
1 cup (218) refined coconut oil, melted*
1 cup (120g) Powdered Sugar*
1 tsp clear vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean

Dark Chocolate
Ingredients
1 cup (120g) cacao or cocoa powder
3 tbsp refined coconut oil, melted*
3 tbsp of agave or pure maple syrup (optional)*

“Milk” Chocolate
Ingredients
¼ cup (61g) of plant based milk
2 cups (240g) of cocoa powder
4 tbsp refined coconut oil, melted*
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar*

Pro Tips:

*Powdered sugar can be subbed in the white chocolate and “milk” chocolate for 1 tablespoon of any alternative sweetener and ½ cup of cornstarch. Mix will need to be heated on the stove and brought to a simmer for 5 minutes before transferring to a mold.

*Make sure you choose refined coconut oil so there is no coconut aftertaste.

*To soften your cashew quickly add to a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes until soft.
