Hie ,as soon as you reach the desired temperature (third temperature finding )you shift it to the mould immediately right ?also if we have to add something like caramel in between the chocolate then how do we add it ?

Hi Olga, great video. My wife cant eat coca powder. If I was to use carob powder instead can I use the same 50 grams you have in the recipe for coca powder or would carob be any different. thanks

I keep on waiting for the answer to the white chocolate temperatures also. Several times it was asked here about this. I do not see the answer. Is it possible to have it?
It all went wrong when I added the maple syrup …it turned the mix lumpy and it began to separate. If there shouldn't be any moisture or water allowed in the mix surely maple syrup will not be good because it has moisture (% of water) in it?
