Hi I tried your chocolate but it’s melting after I removed from the mould n bit bitter

Amira says:

Would adding powdered milk to make milk chocolate possible without a melanger?

Gavin Butler says:

I'd like to see you make it without salt and use potentially ground spices to make the flavour or use lemon juice as opposed to Salt the big old premature killer

SJ Holdings says:

Hie ,as soon as you reach the desired temperature (third temperature finding )you shift it to the mould immediately right ?also if we have to add something like caramel in between the chocolate then how do we add it ?

Diana Girgova says:

I made this chocolate today and it looks beautiful and it's so yummy 😋 thank you for the recipe!

Hi Olga can you tell me the shelf life of the chocolate and also the calories of the choclate

Loved the in-depth knowledge and tips that you shared. Would like to know, is Liquid Stevia a healthy alternative for sugar apart from the options that you have suggested. If yes, can you please guide on what amount has to be added in this recipe.

Hi there, we noticed two different recipes for the chocolate using raw cacao powder, can you please confirm which ratios you would recommend and if it is possible to use brown rice syrup as a sweetener?

Deanna Johnson says:

Great, great video. Very good and informative. God bless!

Anick Desjardins says:

Love the video! I tried the recipe but somehow the maple syrup separated from the chocolate, especially when filling the last molds. Could it be the temperature? I did not have a digital thermometer. Looking to try it again. Thanks!!

damnhedapper says:

Absolutely marvelous videos Olga. My wife loves Teuscher milk and white chocolates. Can you replicate a chocolate recipe with a similar taste or composition. Thanks in advance and Happy New Year 2021 !!!

Hi!

They turned out great but they were very difficult to get out of the molds. I used the hard plastic ones, not silicone. Any suggestions for next time?

Can you please suggest which grade maple syrup

Rosie Conte says:

Hello can u make a video with cacao powder instead of cacao butter. So I can see how it’s done. Because I tried making it with powder n it doesn’t come out good. I ask u already. Y don’t u answer if u have ur comments on. Plsssss let me know thanks

MyrrdinMerlin says:

I keep on waiting for the answer to the white chocolate temperatures also. Several times it was asked here about this. I do not see the answer. Is it possible to have it?

dave heee says:

It all went wrong when I added the maple syrup …it turned the mix lumpy and it began to separate. If there shouldn't be any moisture or water allowed in the mix surely maple syrup will not be good because it has moisture (% of water) in it?

Pragyan Epari says:

Please help।me with a replacement for cacao butter

hairbandfluff says:

If I use cacao powder, shall I melt the cacao butter with the cacao powder at the same time? or shall I add the powder AFTER the cacao butter has melted? Thanks!!

Alisha Arora says:

Hello, I tried the recipe and it was great. Loved the step by step tutorial. However, the chocolate starts to melt really soon whenever someone take it out from the refrigerator to eat. It starts to melt after a minute. What can I do to avoid this?
