WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ON F-FACTOR FOR WEIGHT LOSS | intheluxe

JANUARY – happy new year! I always love a new year because if feels like a fresh notebook you know? The pages are crisp, blank and ready to be filled with 365 days worth of new memories, laughter, love & happiness! Decemeber for us was literally like the most INDULGENT time because it was Sam’s birthday, my birthday, we got engaged, then work Christmas partys, lots of socialising (I’m feeling tired just READING this!) so ya know I was kind of having prosecco for breakfast, massive slices of cake daily, too many roast potatoes etc! That’s why I am back on the F Factor diet in full swing this January and wanted to share with you a day of what I eat in this way. Is it supposed to be a modern version of Audrey Eyton's – "the F Plan". I tried the Original version in the 80's. I must say I do get a little bit annoyed with some of these "authors", that seemingly jump on the back of original ideas, tweak the diet and call it their own. Thanks

Nutritionist here to tell you all. Drink water, avoid added sugars. At the very least walk. Eat a high protien, low starch and eat healthy. Like fruits and vegetables.
There are no tricks to getting healthy. There's no fast track or short cuts either.
You build good eating habbits through repetition and commitment. After a while it just becomes natural. Anything you put into your body you need to burn or use or the exsess sugar builds body fat. If you have an excess of protein then your body builds muscle. But only if your exersizing. If you gain weight in the begining, its okay because thats your body turning fat into muscle. Once your body has enough muscle to support your frame, it will start shedding fat and weight like you have never seen befor.
But all of this only happens if your willing to do the work.
If someones offering you a shortcut. Its either fake or unhealthy and unsafe for your body.
Ive helped over 300 people loose a total of 10,000 lbs. Over the past 5 years.
I do body science, no time for bullshit like this.
Ps. If you dont burn the carbs you eat, it turn into fat. So good fucking luck with this diet lady's.

You want a better life, then get off the internet and go for a walk or hike or learn how to make healthy food on the cheap.
Get fermillar with your local garden market. Buy everything fresh and cheap strate from the sources. Learn how to prepare fresh healthy meals daily for the best body absorption.
I make fresh meals every night for me and my family 4+ for less than 15$ a day. Bought fresh or picked from the garden.
You can still eat burgers, bacon, meat loaf, you name it. You just nedd to understand what, carbs, sugars, fiber and protien do inside of your body. if you do over indulge, then exercise. Because if you font burn it, your bodys going to save it.
Sinsearly its easy to be healthy. It just starts by ending what bad habbits you have.

Ive taken morbidity obese people and turned them into them into the best they, they have ever been. I got a guy who hadnt walked in 15 years running and sprinting (no supports) after 6 months.
It took a long time but he was 600 lb. He now weights 180lb and no longer has to take insulin for his diabetes. Now hes in college to be a chef, his life long dream.
Anythings possible once you get out of your own way.
