I have been meaning to review Vegan Richa’s Indian Kitchen ever since I bought the ebook several months ago. I have loved her blog for ages. Richa Hingle focuses on Indian cuisine, as is her background, but also shares her own versions of American comfort food and other inventive dishes. Check out her blog here: http://www.veganricha.com/

COOKBOOK REVIEW REQUESTS
I will try to accommodate requests but please keep in mind that I do buy these books with my own money. Perhaps one day that will change but for now, that's how I work. Here's a link to all the vegan cookbooks that I have access to: https://www.pinterest.com/marystestktchn/vegan-cookbooks-i-have/
Remember these cookbook reviews are only my opinion (and I mention other's opinions if they shared in the food) and it is 100% ok to have a different opinion. We all have different palates depending on what kinds of foods we have been exposed to and what we grew up with.

The Chana Masala is my favorite in her book.
Made vegan richas veggie korma 2 days in a row. It’s that good.
I love your cookbook reviews! And I just our hade this cookbook now. Thanks so much!
I've tried her cinnamon cake and banana bread and they were both amazing. My mom couldn't believe they were without eggs!
Love your videos. This cookbook made me curious. please could you also review the smith daughter vegan eat cookbook. I am consider to buy it.
Love your cookbook reviews!
Giving me ideas of what vegan ones to get next! I already have How not to die, Edgy veg, deliciously Ella, hot for food and a couple others!
I'm late to the game, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE your cookbook reviews! 🙂 Thank you so much 🙂
Yeah for Dr. Greger!!
Does chickpea flour give anyone else gas? Just me? 😶
Hey fellow Calgarian here! Just discovered your channel and I loooove all the cookbook reviews. 💖 keep up the good work!
I LOVE your cookbook! One of the best on the market, if not the best!!!!
I made the "butter chicken" recipe using your seitan recipe and loved it, although I will leave out the cayenne next time – I always follow the recipe the first time around. Yours is the first seitan recipe I've tried where I liked the texture. I am going to make your "beef" seitan recipe next. Thanks for all the work you put into your channel.
The next person who mentions dr. Greger is going to be slapped by me so I hope it's someone IRL!
I just tried the pancakes and they were such a fail. I don't know what I did wrong. They kept sticking to my non stick pan no matter how much I greased the pan. I even put a little oil in the batter like the recipe called for. And the batter was so thick it wouldn't cook through so I tried thinning it out with more water :(. I guess l try it again tomorrow…
Hello So happy to see you that you are cooking bengali recipes. Mary You pronounced it right Bengali Cholar Dal But you missed sugar in the recipe. We bengali don't cook Spicy in case of this Dal. It is best served with Indian Bread
I love her lentil loaf with some tomato ketchup with some mash potato.
I bought the book and cooked the butter chicken curry as first recipe. It was soooo good.
Thank you for the recommendation!
