This is a great summer salad that's sure to make your taste buds perk up. Fresh honey crisp apples, cucumber, spinach, and tahini can zest up any plate. If you have these ingredients you can enjoy this raw, light salad in less than 20 minutes!

Tahini is a Middle Eastern condiment made from sesame. Sesame seeds are toasted and ground into a fine paste, generally thinned with water. Tahini can be enjoyed by itself. It's also a major ingredient in foods such as hummus and halva. Make your own tahini at home for some majorly impactful flavors!

🥗Ingredients
▪100g Cucumber
▪250g Apple
▪30g Spinach
▪2ts Sesame Seeds, toasted

🍋Dressing
▪1TB Tahini
▪1½TB Lemon Juice, fresh
▪1½TB Water (less if you have a creamy tahini)
▪½ts Salt
