Falafel flatbread is a vegan and gluten-free bread made from a blend of herbs, vegetables, and chickpeas. It's a unique take on a traditional flatbread that's bursting with fresh and savory Mediterranean flavors. If you combined my socca flatbread recipe and my falafel recipe, then cut it into squares, this is what you get. A delicious, healthy recipe!

Dear lisa thanks for the new way of made falafel , I am Syrian and I never think its can be made in oven , we always use corn oil to fried it , anyway I believe your way it’s more healthy, about the chickpeas powder seldom we use lol , mostly dried bread to suck the moisture, thanks so much again , love you

@Ash B 25 min max. Check it after 15 min of starting. My quanity was less then hers and my oven tends to heat more on back left so that part became brown. I just rotated the sheet for next 5 mins to make sure the part previously on front gets baked well and that previously at back dont burn out completely.

This is great! I’m on keto right now, and while I’m not addicted to bread, it’s an alternative carrier for other food. I’m not vegan, but I can’t eat eggs, so this works for me! Thanks!

Paula Armada in a balanced, healthy diet, you should eat carbs. Just not carbs high in sugar and starch. Also, it’s not the only thing you’re eating. Most of what you would eat are a variety of leafy greens, and then proteins.
