I make this all the time as a side dish and the kids just devour it. You can mix and match any spices you like. I have even made it as a dessert by just baking it with cinnamon. This ended up being our Thanksgiving dinner! We decided for Thanksgiving in November we are going to make Pizza!

Here are videos for all the other dishes that were on my table.

Low Fat Vegan No Oil Mashed Potatoes EASY

Gravy Recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6E9fGor0_pE&feature=youtu.be

This is super easy! All you need are some potatoes and a few spices and there you have it. I do not know how many potatoes I used I just fill the pot. This is great with all kinds of potatoes. Once I made it with the purple ones and nobody ate it accept for me because it just looked weird:) You can add some collards or kale at the end to mix in. You do NOT need a hand mixer you can use a standing mixer or just pound the hell out of them and get a workout doing it.
Gravy recipe coming soon.

Here are the ingredients:
Potatoes
1/4 C Nutritional Yeast (optional)
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1 t mixed herb powder (optional)
Water to fill the pot, and save 1 - 1/2 cup for mixing at the end.

Nice side dish. I did this the other day, except that I used olive oil instead of water, and since I like spicy food, I added not only pepper but red chili powder. It was delicious.
