High Protein Vegan Hoisin Broccoli Bowl. A seriously tasty vegan high protein meal. Perfect for those vegan gains.

1 x 280g block of tofu
1/2 cup bulgar wheat
2 tbsp cornflour
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 full head of broccoli
hand full of walnuts and pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp sesame seed oil
