Great Recipe, But I do have some minor yet hopefully constructive criticism. The first being the intro, as a few people before me have said it's a little long and could be shorted considerably while still making all the points you had made. Second is the Sesame Oil, I love flavour of Sesame as much as the next person but you should never fry with it, Sesame is a very delicate oil and turns rancid with heat extremely quickly and can turn carcinogenic, it also loses much of it beautiful flavour within a minute or 2 of frying at higher temperatures. So instead try frying your ingredients in Peanut or (my favorite) Avacado Oil, continue cooking as you would usually and about 1-2 minutes before it's ready add the Sesame Oil along with your Soy Sauce and other condiments. Just a thought =) +1 sub!
