Anmitsu:
1/2 tsp agar (2g)
1 cup water (200ml)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
1/4 c rice flour (50g)
4 tbsp water (50ml)
15g sugar
Fruits of your choice
Syrup:
1/4 + 1 tbsp coconut sugar (60g)
1/2 cup of water (100g)
Mix in a small sauce pan and heat until the sugar dissolves and then just allow it to cool before using!

I love this video. My mom used to pack onigiri for me when I would go on field trips and needed home lunch. Now that I’m married, I like sharing what I know about making onigiri (or Japanese food in general) with my Mexican husband.
