Not good how you describe your recipe, Some of this and Some of that, can you say the exact amount it would be easier to follow they look delicious but discouraging too!
Don’t use sunflower seed butter. I didn’t have nut butter so I substituted and the tase was kinda off. The recipe is great just don’t do what I did. 😂
You're cute…..great job with the cookies Cait' that's an easy and tasty recipe to whip up for hosting a game night or movie night. Thanks
Can I use almond flour only?
Thank you very much , I follow your instruction ,except I decorate them( after they chill with cashew lemon cream and walnut / almond / pecan on top of it .I also added cacao ( not cocoa!) in mixture ( I always like to make experiments 😊) I’m more than delighted with inspiration .So happy to make something so delicious without oil, sugar and eggs .💖
Oh, I need to try these!
Do these freeze ok?
Can I do this with wheat flour?
Hello, Caitlin! Great recipe! We baked these last month for New Years. I use very little honey and maple syrup in my coffee and cereal, etc… so I thought the cookies were a tad too sweet. We are adjusting the recipe and will be using less jam and less syrup. We will likely triple the recipe, and with half of the dough use peanut butter, honey and unsweetened cocoa powder just for fun and because yesterday was Valentine's Day and we abstained from eating chocolates. I would like to find a substitute for powdered sugar. My father was a very good amateur baker and used powdered sugar to achieve that delicate look on pastries…it's an inviting nuance…I might use pulverized cashews to try to accomplish the same effect. 🙂
Looking delicious . What can you replace tapioca flour with ? 😀
Hi. Yummy mix of flavors but I had issue with the cookies sticking to the pan. I didn't note a direction for lightly greasing or papering the pan. Did I miss something? What's a reason I could have had issue with sticking. Otherwise, I'll be trying to make these again. THANKS!
