Hey friends! When I made this video a few years ago, coconut cream wasn't as widely available, but it's everywhere now! And it works MUCH better! Simply whip up the cream from the can and voila! Whipped cream 🙂 Enjoy!
I use maple syrup because it needs a little liquid to help it mix better and not be so thick

Always using berries to sweeten it – and also to add colour. Such a lovely pink if you blend with strawberries ;p
The water wont nec. all collect at the bottom, thats more if you live in warmer climates where it has a chance to separate and settle, it still is easy to get the water out though. Good video!

I USE OTHER MILKS IN MY SMOOTHIES SO NOW WHEN I MAKE COCONUT CREAM I CAN USE THAT LEFT OVER MILK, AWESOME! = )
1 tbsp of Coconut sugar and vanilla extract for a full creamy flavour. Using this in my Biscoff Cheesecake. 😋
