Tart with fruit cream (vegan recipe) – Crostata con crema alla frutta(ricetta vegana)

Ingredients for the tart:
-300 gr flour
-70 gr cane sugar
-1 gr salt
– grated zest of half a lemon
-5 gr baking powder
– juice of half a lemon
-60 ml of vegetable oil
-100 ml rice milk

Ingredients for the cream:

-lemon peel
-500 ml rice milk
-40 gr corn starch
-50 gr sugar
-1 pinch of turmeric to color the cream

For the gelatine:

-2 tablespoons of apricot jam
-1 tablespoon of water

In this recipe I used rice milk.
To make the cream, in the video I used 30 g of corn starch, but alas, it came out more liquid, since the rice milk is more liquid than the soy milk I usually use and which needs less starch. So for you I wrote 40 grams of starch instead of 30 as I did.

-1 pizzico di curcuma per colorare la crema

-2 cucchiai di marmellata di albicocche
-1 cucchiaio di acqua.

In questa ricetta ho usato latte di riso.
Per fare la crema, nel video ho usato 30 g di amido di mais, ma ahimè ne è uscito più liquido, visto che il latte di riso è più liquido del latte di soia che uso abitualmente e che necessita di meno amido. Quindi per voi ho scritto 40 grammi di amido invece di 30 come ho fatto io.
