But half the greatness comes from knowing what to do with your mushrooms. in this video we show 3 easy ways we like to prepare our mushrooms. They’re accessible to all skill levels and will hopefully be your new favourite way to cook mushrooms.

Mushrooms, any and all are simply scrumptious to me! I love the king oyster variety but they can be hard to find. The Asian grocery that carries them is way across town but worth making the drive. That sammie with the best hummus looks awesome too.
