Yeeerss, vegan!!
I think it's obvious that one can also omit the tofu and use/add pork or whatever meat instead…I guess she made that comment to lessen the chance of being "hated" by some meateaters who might be offended by a vegetarian/vegan meal video. 😀
Anyways, the recipe sounds good, I might try it with some more veggies as well.
