Celebrity Chef Jason Wrobel delivers an amazing vegan recipe that’s perfect for this time of year when fresh produce is in abundance, especially broccoli. Not only is broccoli crunchy and tasty, but it’s also a fantastic source of protein and vitamins. Begin by adding your broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes to a mixing bowl. Now it’s time to make a dressing. In a separate bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, and zest. Throw in some Dijon mustard, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Give it a whisk until it’s an almost milky consistency. Pour the dressing over your broccoli and tomatoes, toss with your hands, then let sit for about an hour in the fridge. My wasabi broccoli. It is a fry up. 1 head of broccoli, some italian dressing and some wasabi powder cook it in a little olive oil in a pan on med till golden. My mum  and I love it! Plus garlic broccoli was really big last summer with my family. I made it almost every night. This recipe looks super good!

I have a head of broccoli ready to pick in the garden. Great timing on the video. Not a broccoli recipe but for cauliflower we make them into oven baked "hot wings". They honestly taste just like boneless chicken wings.
