Went looking for a pumpkin pasta recipe due to a surplus of pumpkin in my freezer. I'm not vegan so I used cream instead of coconut milk, chicken broth, and two chicken breasts cubed. Turned out absolutely fabulous. Such a delicate flavor, crowd pleasing, sauce was velvety smooth. Will be adding this into the quick meal rotation. Thanks so much!

Definitely recommend! I didn't have the exact ingredients, but it's a great concept and an easy, filling, yummy dish! I think my linguine was a bit too thin, so I'll use a wider noodle or something like bow ties like she recommends

Finally made this for my family for dinner! Yummy!! I have to say that I will sacrifice another pot to boil the noodles instead of boiling it in the sauce just to save time! I had to stop myself from eating all of the sauce while waiting for the noodles lol
I just found Raiinbowplantlife, great recipes, Delightful host, I just want to advise that if your ever adding Miso to any dish, it should never be brought to high heat as it kills the wonderfully nutritious enzymes. So add Miso to any dish after the cooking is over.

Watch the vid last night and made it tonight !!! DUH-LI-CIOUS !! I used an entire 16oz of fettuccine and used coconut aminos rather than miso since I didn’t have any and it turned out GREAT!
