In Asian Countries People get Bigger foods than in the USA, where we get Half of the Napa Cabbage, little Avocados, Little Watermelons, Little Bok Choys, Little Cucumbers, little Everything, unless you're Rich, in Walmart. Some stores sell the Bigger ones, but it's $6- $20 ,or more…God bless!!!

I have a big head of red napa that I grew from seed. I was the only one that survived the six. I wanted to do something to feature it. I did not want to kimchi it. So it is a hot one today but I am going to try this recipe.
