The issue with the flat pan is that the garlic will always be on the bottom of the pan and it will burn turn brown and become bitter. I think maybe instead use the garlic chopped peppers and ginger to infuse the oil and then remove them before adding the rest of the ingredients and return them to the pan just before you finish. That was so quick and easy. Very good recipe and I do not like vinegar. However, the vinegar enhances the flavor. I used one tablespoon of vinegar and it was perfect!!

About 10 pieces of napa cabbage. Sauté in 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp oil – was too dry.., 8 garlic, 1 tsp corn starch mixed with 1 Tbsp water.

Can I use Apple cider vinegar? I thought white vinegar is not good for human consumption? Instead of soy sauce, can coconut amino work? Good video though 👍
