You got this! Ive been vegan for 8 years, when I was 18 realized the animals need us to save them. Anyway, you are doing great, and what really helps me is eating a lot of protein Beans, Tofu, Lentils, Tempeh, Oatmeal and Oat four baked goods, nuts, seeds, and mock meats 🙂
