Hi!
My name is Tracey Jeffery and I live in Killinchy which is 30 minutes from Belfast. I am very fortunate to live by the shores of beautiful Strangford Lough in an area of outstanding natural beauty. I live here with my two boys and my husband and we have a small holding with a few Pigs, Cows, etc. We have fresh organic eggs every day from our Chickens who are roaming freely. Our dogs are called Sidney – a black Labrador, Paddy – a Cocker Spaniel and Ozzy our new Cocker pup – very cute!

Join me in my Farmhouse Kitchen where you’ll enjoy local food and drink, and some homemade treats. You’ll meet other Locals and Visitors and you’ll learn some very valuable skills as well! You’ll leave with a big bag of your homemade breads to enjoy at home and you’ll take away the recipes. It will be a memorable experience and you’ll be a great Baker of traditional breads!
