Hello Cousins! Ingredients down below!
These were literally the best cinnamon rolls I've ever made! Did I mention they were vegan? Um, yeah I know thank me later. Please tell me how they turned out, comment down below! Here is the recipe.
Dough:
3 cups Bread flour
1 packet of Instant Fast Rising Dry Yeast. (Make sure the date is not expired)
2/3 cup Plant-Based Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Vegan Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Flaxseed Egg (1 Tbsp round flaxseed + 3 Tbsp of water)
Filling
3 1/2 Tbsps Vegan Butter
1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Cinnamon (Add more is needed)
Icing
4 Tbsps Vegan Butter
1 1/2 cup Confection Sugar
2-3 Tbsp Plant- Based Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
