INGREDIENTS:
#1 Banana and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cake for One
1 medium sized banana, mashed
½ cup small cut oats (45g)
a pinch of salt
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp chocolate chips (more if you want)
2 tbsp non dairy milk
2-3 tsp agave or maple or rice syrup
*serves 1-2
#2 Double Chocolate Oatmeal
½ cup small cut oats (45g)
1 tsp flax seeds
1 pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp agave, maple syrup, etc
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)
a splash of water if needed
