To everyone commenting and saying honey isn’t vegan, I KNOW. That’s why I have agave syrup instead. Just that most of my viewers aren’t vegan so I gave that as an alternative. 😅
You shouldn't watch tv, laptop or mobile while eating. the brain is distracted and sends out the wrong signals to the body and may lead to Obesity.

Vit b12 is mainly and solely present in animal based products and that's the reason even vegetarians are deficient in vit b12.. yeah but b12 IS present in milk and cheese but the amount is pretty low..
Also.. never ever forget about your genes … and indian body works best on an indian diet .. just don't focus on those fancy youtubers..
Cuz I've had some friends who faced problems which were eventually solved..as they started returning back to their Asian diet..
Pick up limes a great channel..
Indian dishes like curry and roti.. are, I think, really important part of indian cuisine. ..
Also.. smoothies aren't that great cuz you wouldn't get all the benefits from fiber.. cuz soluble and insoluble fibres can't gel up properly.. .
Fact: Indians are well suited for a high fiber diet..
Vitamin d is another big concern .. when it comes to vegan diet..you can get enough from sun..but as far as I've seen.. Indians don't really wanna get tanned.. not even the slightest change to their skin tone..
So it's always recommended to take vit d supplement..
Also.. vit b12 can be acquired from instant yeast..that's it .. no other nut has it..
Also nuts do no cause kidney stones.. it's vegetables high in oxalate like spinach..
Is kale available in india?..
Then opt for that.. also.. always ..always go for non GMO foods.. you know smaller ones..
Roadside stands are pretty common in india … but people would wanna get those fancy ones from big grocery stores.. but remember they're no good..
India is highly polluted.. try to cut down on your waste production.. and overall consumption ..cuz that would reduce the carbon emission..
And did you know why food is no longer THAT nutritionally dense..
It is not just soil that is to be blamed… it's the high amount of carbon dioxide in the air..

Ok thanks for information and telling that it's impossible to be vegan if you are not rich.
Your diet is very high in carbohydrate (juce, smoothy, roti, pizza and even Almond Milk) and less in protein and micronutrients, which must be avoided according to modern study. One must not continue this diet for long or it will lead to serious ailments (like Anemia, Diabetes etc.). These type of diet is forbidden for elderly persons.
