FULL CREATED RECIPE
Ingredients
1 bottle of Just egg substitute
1/2 bunch of green onions
A handful of spinach
1/2 cup of white mushrooms
1 small tomato
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
1 vegan sausage of your choice(optional)
1 slice of vegan cheese cut, or 1/4 of shredded vegan cheese
Garlic powder, pepper, and salt to taste( I used black salt, but you can use salt of your choice)
1 tbsp. of coconut oil for sauteing, and 1/4 of tbsp. when adding Just Egg
Directions
Cut your vegetables vegan sausage , and cheese into small pieces. Saute them in a coconut oil until tender in a following order(onions, mushrooms, tomato, and spinach). Move your mixture to a side of your baking pan in order to make a space for Just Egg. Pour it in and let it cook until it is all scrambled( make sure to stir it frequently to avoid burning). It takes a good of couple minutes before your eggs will scrambled. Combine all the ingredients now. Add cheese and let it saute for for one more minutes while stirring your eggs. Add salt. pepper, and garlic.Turn off the heat and add fresh parsley. eat your eggs with , or without slice of bread. you can also top your bread with your scrambled eggs if you wish.
Enjoy!
TIP
Start sauteing on a high heat, then turn it down to a medium, and finally down to low before adding cheese and salt, pepper, and garlic. DO NOT SAUTE PARSLEY. JUST ADD IT WHEN THE HEAT IS OFF.
