Above ALL, and i love the most is the spirit of veganism here through the way you speak about it since the opening part sounds that you really2 vocalize the urgency of it rather than the cook itself..wish so much more world society awaken of the urgency to save our beloved planet..since we already run out of time and the fastest ultimate way is only VEGAN among other branch ways that do not touch the root yet..but for the recipe i think to be honest, it lost much of Indonesian role, taste and manner related to the ingredients, way of using them (it is uneccesary to spread the soysauce to that already served nasi goreng) and the utensil used to eat is kind of weird if you use chopstick and bowl, i also sugest why dont you add some cracker, pickles, and one of spectacular south east asian vegetable named Petai or stink bean..it will realy2 taste, look and smell Indonesian with pungent aroma from the petai packed with healt benefit..ok people all over the world..try to be vegan or learn the first step you can take to save our planet! 🌍💚
