I just tried this and they came out so bad 😢
Omg, this is the best recipie.
I tried it in a non vegan way too.i just used butter in the place of coconut oil and normal dairy milk .
Tip- I' didn't wanted to make a lot of them so I used the following measurements:-
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 TSP salt
1/4 cup butter / coconut oil
1/3 cup milk
1/2 TSP vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 TSP baking soda .
–> chill the dough for 1 to 2 hours or more than that
–> don't add excess of baking soda it will make the cookies very crunchy and hard types.
I’m trying to make this rn but idk why my dough is so crumbly 🙁
This cookie looks like the ones in Panda Express..
can i freeze the dough?
I'm from Argentina but most comments are in english, so… I just did this recipe with half of the sugars, half the coconut oil and with water instead of milk (I read somewhere that water could be used too because egg and butter from non-vegan recipe are esencially water and oil) and they turned out GREAT. I'm amazed that, for the first time, I could see a crinkle on top of the cookies and the dough looked just like the video (well, not the same color because of my brown sugar type I guess, they turned out more clear rather than brown) but, yes, with these amounts the recipe turns out great. Disclaimer: half on both sugars make the cookie not so sweet, but that is depend on each one's taste.
Wtf is vegan chocolate!?!?
Guys should I use only oil ?
Can I do 3/4 oil + 1/4 pan toasted butter
I think it’ll give the cookie some nutty flavour
Hey, idk if u can help me but my cookies always end up being flat..
I followed the recipe exactly as written on the website and it turned into this weird melted, half burned and half raw mess? I don't know what I did wrong?
