1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (OPTIONAL) OR Indian Chilli Powder
1 Cup Rice (Washed)
1+ 1/2 Cups Water OR Vegetable Stock OR Chicken Stock
Salt to Taste
Juice of 1/2 Lime OR Lemon (OPTIONAL)
