You can get red lentils whole… Any split lentil will completely break down, that's why split lentils are so popular in India. I want the added fiber, I want the extra texture.

Will be buying some of that buckwheat porridge this week. I love soba noodles (full buckwheat kind, not half n half) so I'll be looking foward to it – I cant eat oats so this could be a breakthrough for me lol. Also, happy that the one high fiber vid I found you through wasn't the only one… a lot of your food videos have it.
