Large oatmeal must always be cooked. Without cooking, chopped flakes can be used in this way of preparation.
Everything, absolutely all cereals must be washed before cooking.
Before they are packed, all the grains are stored in various warehouses that are not always clean, not to mention transported and handled.
You should soak lentils for atleast half and hour. It helps to digest them better.
I would love to know how do you balance your vegan lifestyle? Veganism is basically high fiber, and too much fiber can cause unpleasant gut situations. I know this from experience. But how do you balance it? What's your secret?
