Purchased your book 3 weeks ago. Have made a few meals already. (Shepherdless pie) (Glazed Tofu something or other & pancakes). All a great success. This afternoon , made granola. Enough for several days breakfast. I’ll be trying that tomorrow morning. For a guy in his mid-40’s, whose never cooked more than beans on toast (ok a slight exaggeration), the book has been a very welcome addition to my kitchen. Cupboards full of Quinoa, Lentils, every nut and seed known to man… lots of new cooking utensils etc etc. Can only speak highly of the book, in particular how it’s laid out. Very easy to follow the instructions etc. It has me no longer traveling down the ‘Ready meal’ aisles of Dunnes & SuperValu but instead to aisles I rarely ventured to before now. To be honest my weekly shopping bill is far less and for far healthier food. Had breakfast in your Greystones café last week with my two small dogs. Food amazing as always. Greystones beach… meh, full of stones that are grey and a pain to walk on. Dogs not overly impressed either, although they did enjoy your cafés sourdough bread. Your café and area where the tables are set-up out back has a very nice welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Staff are also very helpful. Keep up the great work. PS… You need to open a café North of the Liffey. (Malahide or Portmarnock will do nicely). It’s save me the M50 tolls! We’ve nicer beaches too (Beaches with sand) 😁

Yes the beach is stoney, but there’s some sand on South Beach. Theres a nice library there too and of course The Happy Pear. I love the main street after walking from Bray. I love Malahide too. Swim at Low rock

Being an Indian I feel I do get an advantage as being a vegan in India is considerably easier than most places. Our regular meals are more or less vegan. Also really interesting recepie, this is def different from the aloo Gobi we have but I am really excited to give this one a shot.
