I wanna marry her

Jay St says:

i have used violife vegan feta as a paneer substitue. it is perfect. very good… put it into any dish late in cooking… if it sits in heat too long it melts to the point of disappearing and just makes everything creamier. which is not bad, but you loose the soft cheese bite.

Race Fan says:

I made this for myself (vegan) and my son who is not vegan. I baked the tofu thinking he would love the spices on them and he absolutely did. He had seconds before he realized the tofu was not bland like he thought it would be. I will make his again and again

Nina Gille says:

I cooked this for my mom and me today and we both loved it! So incredibly easy, light and tasty πŸ™‚ greetings from Germany

Marquita Thompson says:

lol all that spinach boiled down to a cup

Marquita Thompson says:

Alexa don’t listen to me either only my husband

000snow000 says:

That sauce looks amazing but I cannot imagine tofu to taste anything like paneer.

Helen Chin says:

@Rainbow Plant Life. I wanted to thank you for all the things. I purchased your cookbook during COVD-19 and discovered your and all your amazingness. I love how we walk us through everything! So so helpful. I love how you throw Alexa shade. I do not like her either; she only likes my husband too. Thank you again for all of your fabulousness!

Nisha, you are my FAVORITE vegan food YouTuber and this recipe just takes the cake. I made it last night and I’m enjoying the leftovers for breakfast. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this recipe when I had a bunch of spinach!

PRO TIP: zest your lemon into your bowl before serving as well for a pop of freshness:)

itsdiade says:

Love the his meal! Thank you sharing. I’ll probably make it again with crispy tofu

Lena M says:

Looks so good, I can’t wait to try this. I love seeing authentic Indian recipes converted to vegan especially when they are curries without added coconut milk! Why do so many other recipe builders add coconut milk to curry?

I love TUFU

Rone Kelly says:

Woke up at 1am hungry 😳 watched this video and thought well why notπŸ€”. Took 1.5 hours total which included hunting down all the ingredients which I knew were in the kitchen somewhere 🀣 but it was delicious…….I was dancing. I do have 1 additional tip…..you got to be sneaky and strategic with that blender, nobody likes the sound of a blender at 2am in the morning πŸ™ˆ

TheAndjelly says:

I’d love to know what you keep in your spice container!

Phoenix Kukini says:

Ok, liked for the blender dance

Themba Ngwenyeni says:

Loving the background music of Dylan Sitts used, makes it more interesting… I am becoming Vegan… Thank you…

I am not a vegan but I love your ideas and the great thing is that I follow your recipes and I have been eating more vegan now. It's almost 4 days a week where I am now eating vegan. Which is because you bring the flavor

Vidya Jay says:

Just curious using cashews for all your recipes I am worried on side effects of too much cashews in vegan diet?

LydJaGillers says:

what if you saved the spinach water you boiled and used that for the sauce?

Baljit Hayre says:

You're a fabulous presenter..great recipes too 😍

v a l x r i a says:

This turned out amazing! Used some curry powder since it contained some of the ingredients I didn't have, and added some mustard seeds in the sauce
