i have used violife vegan feta as a paneer substitue. it is perfect. very good⦠put it into any dish late in cooking⦠if it sits in heat too long it melts to the point of disappearing and just makes everything creamier. which is not bad, but you loose the soft cheese bite.
I made this for myself (vegan) and my son who is not vegan. I baked the tofu thinking he would love the spices on them and he absolutely did. He had seconds before he realized the tofu was not bland like he thought it would be. I will make his again and again
I cooked this for my mom and me today and we both loved it! So incredibly easy, light and tasty π greetings from Germany

That sauce looks amazing but I cannot imagine tofu to taste anything like paneer.

Looks so good, I canβt wait to try this. I love seeing authentic Indian recipes converted to vegan especially when they are curries without added coconut milk! Why do so many other recipe builders add coconut milk to curry?

Woke up at 1am hungry π³ watched this video and thought well why notπ€. Took 1.5 hours total which included hunting down all the ingredients which I knew were in the kitchen somewhere π€£ but it was deliciousβ¦β¦.I was dancing. I do have 1 additional tipβ¦..you got to be sneaky and strategic with that blender, nobody likes the sound of a blender at 2am in the morning π
