Veg Biryani recipe Ingredient List:

1) Cooked Rice ingredients :
Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup for soak
Water – 1 cup for boiling
Salt – 1/2 spoon (As per taste)
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cloves – 1
Black pepper – 2
Star alise – 1/2
Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds – 1/2 spoon
Bay leaf – 1/2

2) Vegetable mix:

Oil – 4 tbsp
Cloves – 1
Black pepper – 2
Star anise – 1/2
Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds – 1/2 spoon
Bay leaf – 1/2
Red Chilli – 1
Grated Ginger – 1/2 inch
Curry leaves – 3 or 4
Green / Yellow / Red / Orange Capsicum – 1/4 cup each
Carrots – 1/4 cup
Potato – 1/4 cup
Cauliflower – 1/2 cup
Tomato – 1/4 cup
Green peas – 1/4 cup
Green beans – 1/4 cup
Sweet corn – 1/4 cup
Paneer – 100 gram
Coriander – For garnishing
Mint – For garnishing
Salt – 1/2 spoon (As per taste)
Saffron – 3 or 4
Curd – 2 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder – 1/2 spoon
Turmeric – 1/4 spoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 spoon
Garam masala – 1/2 spoon
